iOS So I just paid...how long do I have to wait?

I've been messing around with the iphone SDK for about a week now and am fairly confident I can build a few useful apps. So I ponied up for my $AUD119 and signed up as an individual. My order seems to have gone through, but no email or anything from Apple. Does anyone else have some recent experience for how long this could take?

Mine took a week. I had to phone them to chase it up.

I want to pay but it seems to think I've applied and gives me an enrollment number. Puzzled of Virginia

Well I got accepted this morning. And went through their lengthy instructions, and now I have deployed my app to my iPhone

Since I'm in Australia there's all sorts of funky tax forms you have to look into, and I also need to obtain some US tax number so that they don't tax me at 30%. Weird....thanks to the time difference I have to ring the IRS at 11pm time. Didn't see that one coming...

Edit: Oh you need to apply for an ABN and GST as well. What a pain.

Apart from all the legal forms etc, the rest seems pretty straight forward.

Note that if you want to give your apps away for free you don't need to provide all that information. Makes me wonder if that's why a lot of people released their stuff for free, and then charge for it later
