Immediately after the accident I wiped of the water, it was a very small splash and I thought nothing of it cause this has happened before with no consequences.

A few minutes later the keyboard started being weird, it would randomly alternate between caps and lowercase letters.

I immediately shut down the computer and pulled out the battery and let it sit for a day.

The next day I tried to turn on the computer, it would not boot at all. So I pulled the power and let it sit another day.

The next day I tried to turn it on and it turned on but the keyboard would not work at all. So I pulled the power and let it sit another day.

The next day the keyboard finally worked again so I could log back in and use my computer again thankfully.

BUT

There is still one problem, whenever i leave my computer idle for more than about a minute and a half or if I put it to sleep it will shut off.

Any idea of what I can do to prevent this or what exactly may need to be repaired?

Thanks.

Mate, take it back to Apple. It sounds like a hardware issue possibly as a result of the water spillage, so there's not much you can do about it personally.
