So is this the forum for us to start to discuss Apple approved Apps distributed legitimately through the iTunes Store after June? Should we rename it iPhone Apps (and Hacks)?

Question two is will hackers still Jailbreak iPhone 2.0 so that direct loading of non-Apple approved apps will be available outside of any Apple certified channel? How are all those iPhone porn and gambling apps gonna survive? (Truthfully, I don't even know if these exist, but I'm sure someone is contemplating this for the future!)

It seems likely it will be made intentionally harder to jailbrake in 2.0 as Apple wants us to buy thier approved apps.

Thats not to say they won't but I wouldn't expect it to come immediately.

Porn and gambling apps wont be aloud on the app store!

Jobs talks about it in the keynote of the SDK...

The risk going outside of the AppStore is that the applications may include viruses/spyware so you have to be more careful (and as the AppStore exists the number of people with hacked phones will drop).
