So I've updated to ios 10.0.2...

The "Hide" feature is no longer visible on my phone keypad, so I am unable to access key features like Speakerphone and Mute during my calls.

Also, In iTunes I can no longer remove songs from my phone.

Any advice?

I assume you have restarted your phone as a way of trying to fix this? If not, try this first. Then, if that doesn't work, do a backup and restore from itunes on your Mac/PC. That will install a fresh version of 10.0.2 on your phone. That should solve the issue.

Restarting the phone fixes all sorts of weird issues in my experience.
