I always wait for a Jailbreak to be released and update as soon as it's available but I can't wait this time. I moved from California to Virginia and my iPhone 6 battery life has been horrible ever since. I can't get more than 4 hours of moderate usage. Even 10 minutes of Safari on wi-fi drops me from 100% to 90%. An hour of riding on the subway with the iPhone in my pocket while listening to a podcast takes another 10% of battery. 20 minutes of navigation is another 10% drop. Tweaking my radio, background refresh, and location settings isn't helping.

Today I just couldn't take it anymore, so I updated to 8.3 as soon as it was released. I'll miss the Jailbreak and can't wait for 8.3 to be Jailbroken too. Oh well, at least I'll have better battery life (HOPEFULLY) and Apple Watch compatibility.

I can't wait to come back when the new Jailbreak is released.

Yeah. I am tempted myself but I know I will regret it afterwards. I need certain features like my teathering for business when I travel. Without it = $30 a month and loss of my unlimited plan. No thanks.

Hopefully you did a clean install, restoring from a JB backup could cause more or the same issues you've been having.

Did you even try troubleshooting your installed tweaks? Usually its just one tweak that ruins everything, uninstall it and its like a new phone.

Losing JB is never an option. Not even for the AW.

I did some troubleshooting but not too much. I updated to 8.3 directly on top of of JB 8.1.2 and now it's much better - 2.5 hours and I'm at 70% battery remaining.

My current iPhone is actually having issues with its display...

I won't get it exchanged as not risking losing my JB.

When theirs a current JB out ill reconsider.

Losing jailbreak is not an option. :apple:Watch isn't worth it.
