Will the new 3G iphone support t-mobiles 3G band here in the states ?

so what about talking 'hypotechitally', if brought iphone somehow and unlocked (eventuly) for use on t-mobile UK. Then using the W'n'W bolt on, do you think 3G web would work?

In the States, T-Mobile's 3G network will use frequencies that the iPhone 3G does not support. An iPhone 3G will only work on T-Mobile US' 2G network.

haha, what??
T-Mobile UK has a data plan "bolt-on" called "Web'n'walk", or something like that. It sounds like what T-Mobile US called "t-zones".

I don't see any technical reason why it wouldn't work in the UK. The iPhone 3G supports T-Mobile's UK frequencies, AFAIK. You'd have to figure out a way to set the data settings, though.
