iPad So no iPad mini 7 or IPad 11th gen?

With so many rumours pointing to these being released at the apple event, I assume they must be close to being ready for release. Any ideas on when these actually might come out? Most likely a press release at this point now. I haven’t seen much new rumours since after the event yesterday, barely even people mentioning the fact they weren’t announced

Probably an October announcement with the M4 Macs - think more like the M3 video last year.

That said I wouldn't get your hopes up for an 11th gen iPad this year.

Apple tends to focus on iPhone in September. That is not a surprise by now. Either a little event or just a press release for October.

Why do you say that? The 10th gen will be two years old next month. This is the longest we've gone without a new iPad since 2017.

I would put money on both being updated before Christmas - Apple have sim trays and charging bricks to remove to increase their margins.

FYI they seem to have left that approach out for the m4 pro line at least.
