Just the one. Was really hoping for a few new static and dynamic ones to be introduced. I wish Apple would make their own App and add wallpapers from time to time.

That is pretty weak
Especially after seeing some beautiful ones on the new phones during the presentation......
Someone will extract it from iOS on the new device and share them as soon as the hardware ships (assuming they don't leak before then).
Not now since there are no new ones haha
This has always been the case with Apple. Not just something cook introduced.
High quality static versions of the new XS wallpaper. (I know...static. The best versions I've seen so far. I have to mess with the "Behind the scenes Apple video" that was released showing how they make these live wallpapers, I can edit parts of that down into a "live photo")

these look great as lock screen wallpapers, but are absolute trash with icons over them.
I wish there was a website where you could search for images to use as a background on your phone.
Just follow the designer on twitter who charges the price of a coffee (one off) and uploads LOTS every month.
