Why don't more resellers have iPad in stock? Did only certain ones of them get the privilege to sell them? There's no mention of them at all at smalldog.com -- and if you go to MacMall or Mac Connection, there's no place to order online, it just says "Call us to order iPad..." or something to that effect.

And be sure to include the word piss and a few cuss words in there too for good measure.
I'm sure they are trying to get supplies more in line with demand before bringing many more retailers or resellers into the mix.
