So what happened to all the rumours of a Fitness app with apple’s own workout videos that was supposedly found in the leaked iOS 14 code?

I just watched that part again. There was no mention of guided workout videos as per the rumours. New workout types were added to the Apple Watch workouts app (dance, core fitness, and cool down) and the Activity app has been refreshed and given a new name: “Fitness”.

I think MacRumors saw a “Fitness” app in the code and assumed it was a new app and ran with it. It’s the same app, just a new name.
