I have downloaded Windows 7 RC, I have the image on my desktop and have set aside a Bootcamp partition. I can't seem to burn the DVD either with a burn folder or Disk Utility, and in researching this I get the impression that I'm out of luck with this since I don't own a Windows machine.

Is there any way for me to do this?

Downloaded and installed from ISO image to Parallels 4. Also, no problem (though, not burning a physical disk, the download was mountable and verified)

Or if you are burning to a DVD, maybe you need a higher quality DVD

It doesn't fail while going through the verification process? Mines done that 4 straight times.
Well there is a reason I use RWs.

Leopard at one point spit out nothing but coasters for me when using Finder.

I'd run the md5 hash on your ISO just to make sure.

Hate to sound noob-ish, but do what to it?

the first time I burned it onto a dvd, it failed. The dvd was one that my friend gave me.

then I went back home and tried burning it again, it worked.
Both of this was done with disk utility.

so i guess it might be the brand or type of dvd you are using to burn with thats the problem.
