iPhone so this iMessage not sending pics milarky!

WTF is going on? Since updating to and jailbreaking IOS 6.1.2, am ok sending texts via iMessage, but not pics!
Can receive them ok though!

The only thing that makes sense from your list is biteSMS. It could be causing some issues. Have you tried reinstalling biteSMS or maybe testing without it installed?
 
Tried it with both to be honest... That's what i originally thought... Still no luck... It's odd, i have just found out i can iMessage a pic to myself with no issues, but the person i am iMessaging is only receiving txts and not pics... I'm beginning to think the issue could be there end but it was working fine with 5.1.1...
 
I see you have ManualCorrect (Pro) installed. Remove this tweak and reboot. Took me quite a while to narrow down the cause, but that solved my problem. I've sent the developer an email asking if he can look into the issue.
 
Just had a pic sent through iMessage not be received by my jailbroken iOS 6.1.2 iPhone 5.

I do not have ManualCorrect.
 
i have the same sporadic behavior receiving pics from my wife. my phone is jb'kn hers is not.

In order for pics to start flowing again from her to me, i have to cycle iMessage on and off again.

i dont have any nor have i had any of the suspected conflicting tweaks installed.

I woke up and saw BiteSMS had a new beta. So like always before installing I went to their website to read the changelog. Inside the changelog was a link to this forum post. I know people have been having major issues with this lately so I thought I should post this. Here's the quote.

"We FOUND the EXACT cause. It’s 2 Apple coding categories conflicting with each other.

If your iPhone is not Jailbroken, then librairies always load in the same order thus the 2 categories do not conflict with each other. If you are Jailbroken then that’s not the case depending on what tweaks you have installed (those that use IMAGENT). It’s completely random if it works or does not work for you, and a reboot influiences this.

Impossible to fix….? well yes and no. We can’t fix it of course if you don’t have bite installed but if you do, we’ll add a low-level hook to prevent the 2 categories clashing. So, the funny thing is if you have this issue then you’ll HAVE TO use biteSMS to get iMessage multi-media working on your iPhone. I guess that’s our Karma for spending weeks of time on it ;-)

It’ll be fixed in Beta 3 out shortly."

So what was the fix for this issue?

My iPhone 5 was sending pictures fine using iMessage, I updated my old iPhone 4 to iOS 6.1.2 and jailbroke it, then my iPhone 5 wouldnt send pictures through iMessage, but it can send to non iMesssage numbers

It's the post above you. You need biteSMS version 7.5.3 (7.5 beta 3). The fix will also be in the public release of 7.5 as well as beta releases after beta 3

Add the source cydia.bitesms.com to download the beta versions

Edit: I don't see how upgrading your iPhone 4 and jailbreaking that affects your iPhone 5 in any way. It seems more like your iPhone 4 can no longer receive picture messages, not your iPhone 5 cannot send them out

He has the tweak installed, that seems to be a common problem for most... If he removes it and it doesnt work then We have to try another method.

I'm not disagreeing with you but just mentioning that iMrNiceGuy0023 never told us his tweaks. But yes, your method first will probably be best
