I sent my macbook pro in with a list of things to fix, and I'm not sure they fixed it.

My major problems were

Hard-drive malfunctioning,
MBP whine (1st gen core duo) (logic board replacement)
Airport not working
Fans grinding
battery life not holding a charge...

out of those things (and some more I can't remember) this is all I got back... it looks like all they did was replace the fans..... is that what you guys see?

What is the DVD bundle it's talking about?

Looks like they replaced your logicboard and both fans. I'm not sure what "purch assy" means. They should have given you a new set of restore DVDs as well. Apple gave me new restore disks when they replaced the logicboard in my MBP recently. According to them, the replacement board was a newer revision which might not work with the existing restore disks.

I didn't get any DVDs.... do I need them?
