Nexus 5 remains a question mark and Note 3 which has been announced is reportedly too big for you

True. Nexus 5 will be awesome but.....camera will still suck.

All nexus have bad below average camera quality compared to their current year competitors. The nexus 4 camera is worst than the S2 or 4S camera. Barely the same as iPhone 4 camera (may e slightly worst).

The Galaxy Nexus was barely better than the 3 GS camera.

Most of all the new Android phones will be 5" or greater. So, that leaves you with iOS, Windows, or BB
