I find it highly unlikely no one besides Jobs has it, I'm sure he trust the board members and his VP's enough to give them one.

Outside Apple some journalists are bound to posses the ipad to be able to publish reviews in a timely matter.

Sure. Because large companies always create new product categories and only build one to test before committing to building millions of them.

Indeed, this is very true, I have heard of people whom already had a demo unit to play with. Be it the media or developers or whomever - I can't really state. .

What else can you expect from someone like Apple. Strict NDA anyone?
