Do you use Social Media, perhaps the Tweetbot and Instagram apps?
When posting to Instagram, via the app, do you ever choose to post to Twitter, too? If so, does your image eventually show up on Twitter?
I have tried twice within 12 hours or so (just bought my iPhone 11 Pro Max). The first image merely showed a black square of the image, on Twitter. The other post to Instagram, simply did not show up on Twitter.
