iPhone softbank 3g Service charge

I was using my jailbreaked iphone 3GS ios 6.1.3 in my country. Now I am in Japan I have registered in softbank white plan of postpaid service with email service. 3g internet works fine though I was not registered there. Does I still need to pay internet charge though I am not registered there. Also I disabled the 3g service but normal phone doesnot shows signal.
