Is there an updated list somewhere of software sales or bundles going on? I remember getting DaisyDisk last year around Black Friday, but I haven't seen anything specific for macOS lately. How do you find good deals or bundles on software? The App Store is great, but seems a bit lacking in drilling down into specific categories.

I do occasionally use Bundelhunt, but I am cautious about these web sites that sell on software at a low price. They are (mostly) legitimate, but @slooksterPSV needs to know that is important to do due diligence on licence terms and future costs to update and upgrade in the future.

I am not aware of any site which lists offers currently being made by developers directly to you, the customer. Just have to look for the software you particularly want.

I totally understand that. One that sometimes has great bundles is HumbleBundle and Fanatical. They're legitimate, but doesn't always have macOS versions of software. However, the books and games are phenomenal.

MacRumors reports on discounted bundles. Might be something for Cyber Monday.

The deals will start to hit on Black Friday through Cyber Monday and then many also come around Christmas. I created a curated list of app deals thread last year on MR, so you can check that out for a heads up as many of the same apps will be on sale this year. The best deals are often not found in bundles, but come directly from the developers.

I always felt that most bundles offered, provided no name software with maybe one well known application. I keep looking for stuff that can be a benefit but its like picking a needle in a haystack

BundleHunt’s 2022 summer bundle had 7 Toast apps for 20$ https://bundlehunt.com/bundle/2022-summer-premium-mac-bundle/
LittleSnitch was 29$ last September, from the usual 45$ https://bundlehunt.com/single-deal/littlesnitch
I didn't need any, but they seemed like good deals :)

I'm itching to buy Affinity V2 bundle cause I love their software, but would I use it enough to warrant paying $100 for it? 🤔🤔🤔🤔
