Only the power supply and modem...
Usually the modem is not "cerified" in other countries, but most of the time they work normally.
OS X (incl. Panther) is "all languages fits on CD's"... so to speak
So the CD's are the same in every country.
Only the boxes it is sold in are in different languages, also the Apple Hrdware Test CD.
