Software to add watermark and in-video subtitles to video?

Hi there,

I'm trying to make a video which should have a logo in one corner and in-video subtitles. Something which seems very simple, but I'm struggling to find cheap/free software to do it. Final Cut is way over my budget (it's just for a hobby project). The video should turn out something like this:

Any ideas on Mac software to do this? Or any online solution? I don't mind if it's a bit techy (even command-line would be OK!).

Hello, maybe you can try a tool named EasePaint Watermark Expert, it can add any logo you want on your videos. I have used this tool several times, and I think it's good and user-friendly. Hope it can do something for you. Have a nice day.

Maybe EditReady.
But certainly iMovie can do this.
