Software to delete specific cookies

I am looking for software to delete cookies from Safari. There are lots of tools that delete all cookies and I know I can do it by hand. What I would like is software I can tell to delete all cookies except those that I can specify. That would allow me to delete cookies on a daily basis except the ones I like to keep (from my bank, my company, my favourite newspapers, etc).

Any help is appreciated!
