Software to make automated video clips?

Looking for software either for macOS or iPad to make automated videos.
Something similar to Photos app making "memories" video clips from still photos with added music.
Wanted software must take video files (and optionally photos too) of recorded events.
I hope that exists and would help to reduce clutter of videos and photos that nobody will watch in full anyway.
Probably, did I just miss some features in iMovie or any other built-in application?

You can create something very similar on Photos on the Mac and then export to a video file.

Create a album or select all the photos and videos you’d like, right click and select create slideshow:
