iPod Software to rip mp3's from ipod to mac

The tricky part is that the ipod was formatted for a PC. Does it matter? Basically my parents computer crashed and i convinced them to get a mac but i want to be able to save their music.

Anyone have a program that i can do it with that will work in this situation?

Looks like senuti isnt free anymore... $18. is there a free version? If not is there another option that will do this trick for me?

Remember formatted on pc, need to rib mp3's to mac.
