I am looking for software that can split an ultra widescreen, into two separate monitors on MacOS?

On my windows computer I have DisplayFusion installed and it splits my ultra wide monitor into 2 or more separate windows. So if I maximise a video, it will only fill that window, not the whole screen. Or perhaps some software developer out there should look into this as a business idea!

Also a solution so that the File Edit menu appears on the application window (like Windows), instead of on the top of a huge monitor which just does not make sense from a UI/UX perspective. And a file explorer as easy to use and functional as Windows Explorer, Finder cannot even create a file by default, or seemingly remember to always show list view.

Hm, interesting question. Probably possible to do this with the new low-level cvdisplay APIs added by apple recently to support handoff. I don't remember the exact ones but I recall someone reverse engineered them. So you'd probably create a virtual display and then render to that.
