Software to visually match photos

Does anyone know of any software that visually matches photos? I have recovered photos from a corrupted drive, and not all of them match as duplicates using dupe guru, which only caught some of them.

I also have downscaled versions, etc. that I likely no longer need and it would be nice to match them visually.

It is perhaps a terabyte of photos that I have backed up in a very messy way and am currently trying to organize. Thanks.!

Thanks so much. I noticed dupe guru (which is great) has a photo mode, but I managed to crash it and I have a lot of repeats in various formats so I'll give Photosweeper a try.
