Starting with 10.5.2 it seems to work fine for me. Before that...it had the nasty deleting the data file problem.
Just the software update part of the server.After update my server runs smootly but some bugs are still there, oh just found new ones, but many many has been squished.

I had been told that software update was broken in 10.5-10.5.1
I am setting 10.5 server now, just installed 10.5.2 update now setting it up.
purely this will be a software update server. nothing else.
