Now that I have my new iPad I was looking to see if there was a dedicated iPad app for Space Weather. I found one and it is a real good one. "Space Weather Live". What is nice about this app is it is sized to work with both the iPad and the iPhone. something that the Solar Monitor App does not do. The Space Weather Live app has a lot more information available too. It is also available in the Google play store. Given the X Class flares we have had over the last 10 days or so it is nice to know what is going on.
