iPhone Sold my Apple Watch - how do I delete the Activity app?

As the title of the thread indicates, I sold my Apple Watch but now I am unable to get rid of my Activity app which is odd because it only installs itself on your iPhone when you sync an Apple Watch. I was able to remove the Apple Watch app itself.

According to 2015 it is not possible, but I'm still looking on my 7 Plus and Watch

You can't remove it except to do a factory reset and start as new or restore to a date before you added the watch.

The Activity app is part of iOS and can't be deleted. It was there before I used my Apple Watch for the first time.

It seems it can be deleted now....
I’m wondering if it deletes all your activity that has been recorded as well...
