There's an initialization string for a video chat window.\

Apparently the variable for video chat has been missing, and the function is just being feed junk to prevent activation of it.
considering that this could be very promising, I'm surprised it hasn't gotten much more attention
you would think that gizmodo, engadget, etc would be all over this...
