[solved] apfs drive created in Catalina (imac 10 core) cant be read in new macbook pro m1pro on Monterey?

ok i hate hit and runners that dont post a solution to a problem so Im posint it here. I am using a owc 16tb mercury pro u.2 and you need to have th softraid installed along with allowing some extensions in the bios or whatever. Lots of security on this thing. lol. Time to turn it off. lol
