I have a few CC setup in Apple Pay. My Amex works fine in all regards but my two BofA cards do not show any transactions nor do I get a notification of a transaction.
I have done all the regular troubleshooting of removing and adding the CC's to the Wallet. I have also deleted the BofA app in case that was interfering somehow.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have a BofA VISA in there and it is working fine. I just used it with Apple Pay last night. Maybe try setting it as the default card?

It is the default card.
Let me ask you this also. Do other non Apple Pay transactions show in your wallet list of transactions? On my Amex card the Wallet transaction list for this card shows all transactions. I am wondering if the BofA lost is supposed to be the same way.

Amex is really good about integrating physical card and Apple Pay transactions in the list of transactions in Wallet, and Apple Pay in general feeling complete. My only complaint is their lack of contactless EMV support, which breaks compatibility with some places (Starbucks is one, for example).

My BofA card shows the Apple Pay transactions that happen on that device (with a little BofA icon that's different from the app when it happens), but otherwise is completely oblivious to what happens with the physical card and other devices. They also don't use the message feature like Amex does to tell you when your statement is ready in the wallet app (or Discover uses to advertise using your cash back on a recent purchase).

Most cards are like BofA, rather than Amex, just because some issuers seem content with it working, but not taking advantage of all the features, or view that each device should have its own independent log. Some are better than others, but I do like having transactions show up in Wallet's list, regardless of how I made them.

My only gripe is now with Amex's rebranding with the stacked logo for the app icon, the Apple Pay icon that's pushed from the bank is now two versions behind (darker blue). They ought to update that.

I have had contactless on my amex card for years. My wife actually likes using that better than Apple Pay.

BofA called me (because of a tweet) about this but were completely clueless about how it works and whether the issue was on their end or Apple's. They asked me to call Apple. I did that and actually talked to an Apple Pay specialist. He said it's definitely a BofA issue as BofA generates the info that populates the wallet app. I now have a ticket open with BofA to see if they can resolve it.

Good luck and glad that it seems you're being pointed in the right direction.

On the side of Amex, apparently Amex contactless through Apple Pay doesn't do EMV right now, but Amex contactless on the cards does (obviously not counting the pre-EMV chip contactless cards) - there have been a few threads because Amex on Apple Pay breaks overseas, but a physical card with contactless works fine: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/26360848-post54.html

So an update to this. I talked with Bank of America digital wallet department and they said they escalated it and there is nothing wrong on their end and I should talk to Apple again. I explained to them that account transactions are generated by BofA and Apple is just populating the info in Wallet. They said there is nothing they can do and they are closing the ticket. It's very frustrating when the blame game happens (although I believe Apple on this one). I even asked if I could speak with the escalation department and they said no. They are sticking firm with it not being their problem.

~SOLVED~
I came across an article that gave me an answer to this problem. I was using my Apple Watch to do all my Apple Pay transactions. It seems as though BofA does not support history or notifications generated from Apple Pay from the watch.
