SOLVED: iPadOS 14.0.1 - no more widgets on Home screen

Gentleperson,

as of iPadOS 14.0.1 my iPP 11” does no longer show widgets on the home (first) screen when in landscape mode. The widgets are accessible in portrait mode when swiping in from the left side (on the widget screen - 2. screensho). Anyone else? Any solutions/fix?

They still work in iPadOS 14.0.1 on my iPad mini 5. It must be a bug which is exclusive to specific iPad models, perhaps models with a resolution above 2048 x 1536.

Do they appear if you flick the screen up just under the time display?
Do you have ‘keep on home screen’ turned on? (Accessible when you edit Home Screen).
Do you have any widgets stores in the ‘favourites’ Box?
