My new MacBook Pro appears stuck on 12.1. I was hoping it was just a glitch with 12.2, but now that 12.3 is here I still am showing as "up to date" on 12.1. Any ideas how to force the update without doing a full install? Image is from just now.

So, for anyone else who encounters the issue, shutting down the computer (and leaving it shut down overnight) seemed to solve it. No idea why that worked when restarting the computer didn't, but I'm back in business.
