iPhone [SOLVED]Wildcard Activated SAM installed on iphone3GS(iOS6.1.6,BB6.15) But NO SERVICE

I have successfully "Hactivated", "JB" and "Just Boot" iphone 3gs, I haven't downgraded baseband. I upgraded entire Cydia, installed P0sixpwn and Ultrasn0w, but I am facing "No Service" or network "Searching" issue. I also have Wildcard Activated SAM installed on iphone 3GS (iOS 6.1.6, Baseband 6.15) but "NO SERVICE".

New SAM unlocks haven't worked for years (Apple blocked new unlocks a few days after the trick was discovered)

I don't believe Ultrasn0w works with newest iOS6 firmware and the iPad baseband combination (6.1.6 firmware and 6.15.xx baseband)
