Hello

I thought I was clever and tried to reboot my 2019 iMac with another hard drive that i had from my old 2012 iMac. I used startup disc.
When I did this it failed to restart saying there was an error. Now I don’t know what to do. The system won’t boot up. I looked at recovery mode but no idea what to do with that.
Please can someone give me the best option to get me logged back on.
Thanks

Problem solved. A mate came to the rescue. Thank goodness for that.
