Hello,
I haver a weird problem that i never experienced with my old iPhone's.
Since i switch to iPhone 13 Pro Max 6 months ago, I'm experiencing notification problem with apps i did not open for 2 days.

Here is how things happens.
Let's say I have 4 Apps. Red, Green, Blue, Yellow.
I use Red and Green everyday, and notifications arrives on time without issues.
But if I don't open Blue and Yellow for 2 days, their notifications doesn't show up no matter what. I use some apps for emergency push notifications to check uptime of my work. When something is broken, it alerts me and it has high priority on iOS settings. But even though, no matter which fix I tried from months, it is not working as expected.

So to prevent this, every night I open that mail apps, push notification apps and other important apps one by one to keep notifications come in right order.

I never swipe up and close them from background also. I leave them open always. But it's not solution also.

Does anyone having same issues like me? How can I fix this weird problem?

Your phone is trying to be smart by blocking notifications for apps you don’t use. Have a look through your notification settings

Trying to be smart, but just trying. Because my phone is dumb by blocking important notifications for apps i use. All settings are ON. Other iPhone's at house getting notifications on time without issues. Only mine having this issue. Same settings.

Here’s what I would do

1) settings > general > transfer or reset iPhone > reset > reset all settings

If that doesn’t work
2) settings > general > transfer or reset iPhone > erase all content and settings (make sure you have a backup, duh)

When you say it works on other Phones, are they on the same Apple ID?

No, different ID's.

In that case, after trying the aforementioned steps, I’d Suggs getting in contact with apple support. It could be something with your Apple ID blocking notifications from some apps on your account
