It's been years since I had to touch Flash for something serious, and I was kind of hoping to avoid it indefinitely, happily working in php/mysql and (x)html/css, but my (main and at the moment only) employer wants it differently.

He's found these two flash brochure viewers ("neste side" = next page, you get the rest ;)):
- http://www.estatiakragero.no/size.swf (has three bookmarks that actually look like bookmarks)
- http://trysiltoppen.no/fol.swf (has it's bookmarks on the post-it note to the left and has a cool(?) magnifying glass function)

Now he wants something similar to these two, to enable us to take our customers (pdf?) brochures and present them in a similar way.

Those two flash files seems to have a lot in common, so I was (kind of) hoping it might be based on some (more or less) finished template. Does anybody know if this is the case? Or do you think/know it's a (large) custom job involving massive action scripting? In the latter case, can a finished easy-to-use script be bought somewhere?

Please help, I'm on relatively unfamiliar ground here...
