Some folder-icons missing in Finder? (OS 11.5.2)

In my Finder some folders are suddenly displayed without the folder icon. I have not yet found a rule which ones are with folder icon and which ones still have it. If I create a new folder, it is also without folder icon. Relauching finder or the entire Mac has not solved the issue.

Any Ideas?

I'd at least start by updating Big Sur to the current, which is 11.7.1, or upgrade to a newer OS. There have been a lot of bugs fixed in the 15 months or so since 11.5.2 was released.
