So my girlfriend and I updated to iOS 5, and one of the first things we did was send gifs back and forth to each other using iMessage. However, some of the gifs did not work and I am not sure why. Are there restrictions on the size of the gif that can be sent?
We tried copying and pasting the gif or saving it and sending, but some would just not send as actual gifs but rather as still images. We had no problems with others. I did a search on macrumors and didn't see anything come up, so sorry if this has been asked.
