Some information about ATV3 !

Hello All..
I have got my first ATV today. i am reading this forums since last 5 hrs.
I know its good to JB it, i will JB it once its available for ATV3 ( Is it available as of now ? )

I have some doubts, hope to get answers from u all.
So, far what i have understood , that you can play all your media from itune.

But what about those diff. channels peoples are talking about ? i know in order to get those it has to be JB'ken .

But, is there any this else you can do without JBing ? like download some free channels ? conect External HDD ?

Also, when its Jb'en, in oreder to get all those channels is there any monthly or yearly fees ?

it would be great if some one can post with the links , where i can read and understand more about it..

not jailbroken yet.
from what i seen online, it may be a while for them to find an exploit to be able to jailbreak it, since it has new hardware.

most of the jailbroken channels that are talked about are available on the web somewhere, it's basically just adding a way to get to them on the aTV.

it should play almost everything in itunes, itunes shouldn't let you add a file that can't be played. but it could happen.

there is nothing to add outside of jailbreaking.

no JB as of yet for the ATV3

YOu can't do anything else but what apple wants you to do without jailbreak, and that is streaming iTunes using HomeSharing and the build in apps, that's it.
