My internet has slowed down somehow. It used to top out at 60-70 KB's/Sec. Now it tops out at 30 KB's/Sec. Could this be a virus? I am on airport but when I got on direct connect it did the same thing. Any ideas?

Sounds like your modem or your ISP is the problem. Try resetting the modem and or router and if that doesnt help call your ISP. It is very unlikely a virus on a mac.

Perhaps you are further from the airport base station. If you are at the outer limits of connectivity, you might receive at lower rates. Try moving closer to the station and see if speed correlates to your location.
