any idea how to access a external HDD connected to the server through a user from another machine?

any idea how to access a external HDD connected to the server through a user from another machine?

Set up the external hard drive as a share point. Use AFP or HTTP for Mac (they can work with Windows with special programs) or SMB for Windows. Give the specific user permissions to access it.
