The best part was flashing the iPhone 6 when taking this and other pics of them:)

Yes, SoHo, a block from the Apple store, which had a line round the block.

Edit: What a fun game of double Snake 'twould be if the two lines were to intersect.

That's my thought as well. The only thing they did in the US was put the Note 4 and Note Edge on display at Samsung stores within Best buys. And some locations have Gear VR. If this is outside the US then they may be picking up a Note 4 because it's been released at least in Korea.

This is NYC, I didn't dare ask and risk getting lynched by styluses.
 
Isn't the gear 2 watch coming out or something... Can't be for the note 4... That's Oct 17th. Wierd!
 
Could just be a line for employment, being that everyone on line looks like a bunch of college kids. I see employment lines a lot in NYC.
 
They should just ring their networks because I spoke to two different ones on the 12th and was told no other phone sells out like the iPhone. They don't have the same demand or supply problems apparently. That's not an elitist comment, but if you can just pre order without hassle, it sure beats queuing outside a shop. I wouldn't waste my time for any phone personally. :)
 
Wth are they queuing up for??? Is there some Samsung product I'm not aware of or are these old pics from the SGS5?

The ones I posted are from the GS5 launch day. I'm not sure about the OP's but probably fairly recent as they used the iPhone 6 to take pictures.
