Hello
*Just been looking through CDs of photos

Back in July 2002 for our Sales Mtg at work we went to the Lake District, the weather was gorgeous.
These are some photos I took with my first digital camera.

These are random sunsets that I took from 2002/2003 also.

Those are very nice pictures! I especially like the 4th and 6th ones. What kind of camera did you use?

I now have a Fuji E900 but these ones were taken with a Fuji F401 a few years ago :)

1st and 2nd photos are great, and from the sunset photos, the 1st and 2nd photos also happened to be the best. The powerlines in the others ruin the photo for me. Too bad they were there, huh? ;)

But "power lines are a reminder of man's ability to generate electricity." :D

(If you don't get it, it's a quote from an Aussie movie called The Castle)

I really like number 4 actually. It looks as if it is a matte painting.

Don't want to sound mean or anything, but its very easy to make a sunset look nice. Every camera I've used with a resolution higher than VGA have made sunsets look god-like stunning.

BUT. the daytime pics are beautiful. especially the distant lake shot. big fan of lakes and scenery so you just hit 2 of my soft spots ;)

The Lake District is a wonderful place. Much better than its sequel; the Peak District.
