some programs not working after jailbreak

Before I did a jail break on my iphone, some programs that I used, like speed test, and weather bug worked fine. Now after I did a jailbreak on my phone, when I open one of those apps, it says it can’t connect to the internet to update the data. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the apps... I have a strong wifi connection and 3g connection, but it still says it can’t find an internet connection. But it’s connected and I can get on the web with it just fine. Anyone else have this problem?

Have you tried a Hard Reset and/or Reboot?
