Some questions about my MBP - replacable?

Hey, I've been wondering if any of you MBP owners have been successful in replacing them.

My MBP arrived, and it's pretty good! There are some weird things about it though:
a) The buzzing.
b) The SuperDrive scares me. When you insert a disk, it makes a crazy sound like it's snatching the disk and breaking it. It sounds like something's wrong in there. Also, when the MBP is in sleep mode it makes the snatching sound too every couple of minutes for a while.
c) I don't know if I did it or it came like this, but today (I got my 1.83 yesterday) I noticed that underneath, the RAM slot (not the battery) is a bit indented. It looks and feels like one of the corners (back right when the hinge is to the back) is 1/8"-1/4" in, and not flush like the other corner.
d) When I open the MBP from sleep mode, it usually gets a tiny bit locked up. Sometimes it gets so locked up I have to restart it.

Is this grounds for calling and getting it fixed (though preferably replaced)? If the buzzing sound is only occuring in SOME MBP's (and not all), it would be really nice to receive a non-buzzing MBP. I don't think #c came from me, it probably came like that. And about #d, is that common in Mac OS X? Also, if I do call, should I mention #c or will they tell me it's a user-done problem?

Someone mentioned (b) and (d) in another thread - do a search - and basically he found it was related to having an external USB hub attached when putting the Macbook to sleep.

I also have problems "A" and "C". Somebody listed a workaround for the buzzing, which is opening the mirror widget then closing it. Surprisingly it works pretty well. A bit dissapointing but the positives of this machine far outweigh my gripes. I would suggest waiting a little while (month perhaps), before attempting a replacement. With the machines being brand new, the likelihood of you getting one that exhibit the exact same issues is high. That is unless the whining noise just drives you absolutely insane, as some suggets it does?

Actually, I don't have anything plugged into my Mac. Though now that I've used it a bit more, the locking up only occurs in maybe 1 out of every 3 sleeps. I've only ever had a Bluetooth mouse in use, and I don't use that very often (only when at my desk) so it seems that shouldn't matter.

Yeah, I guess I'll wait 'til next month. But won't they think it's fishy if I wait a month to call?
