hey.
Im new to the iphone hacking.. just wondering what are some recommended things to get and some good sources for cydia? So far i have removed installer, put on winterboard, open SSH, bossprefs, and a few apps like iblacklist, docs, cycorder and snes emulator..

EDIT: oh yeah and i have a 3g iphone with 2.2.1
 
cheers but ive already googled a lot of stuff about it all.
so if i add the sources what are some good things to do with it?? eg what sort of features can i have that the normal fw doesnt have?

Themes mainly. You can change backgrounds, any of Apple's default images, change SMS-tones, email sounds, etc.

You can also install apps that Apple denies or won't accept from the App Store. Usually you can find these in Cydia.
 
And Backgrounder...backgrounder isn't perfect (I find that it sometimes stops working for no reason), but there are times that it's so helpful to be able to run something in the background!
