Hello,

I have two US Apple ID. When I log in to US iTunes store with my old Apple ID, and check songs in purchase history in iCloud; I see that 8 songs are missing in the iCloud out of 13 songs that purchased in the past. Do you have any idea why this happens ? I already sent an email to iTunes support but did not get any reply yet. I don't want to pay again for songs that I already purchased in the past. Yes, those songs are still available in iTunes store.

Thanks,
Tolga

I posted a thread regarding a similar matter. Here in the UK, I am missing one of my book purchases... it does not show in the cloud, i mean come on I only have purchased 3 books in total.

After further inspection, the ibook is still present on the ibook store however the cover has changed?! maybe some data was changed on the songs you downloaded (meta data, updated album art?)

Whatever the case, if apple continue to update, and even pull content from itunes, how can the end user have faith in the icloud?

Is there anyone else expieriencing the same? I would like to see the ratio of these issues, for example someone with 50 purchased albums
how many songs remain on itunes and are available via icloud?

The iCloud is still beta software at this point, don't be surprised that it has a few bugs here and there.

after reading what this bloke posted from Apple CS then that's why, it's changed in some way to the original you bought. whether a simple cover change is really that much of a change is something to be reported as it's still in beta
