the battery is not replaceable unless you wanna pay a company to do it or tear it apart yourself.
technically i think it is POSSIBLE but not logical or cost effective.
if you mean the ipod touch then it could because it has the internet but not sure if there are any bugs out there for them yet.
Yes it is possible to change the battery on some models. If you're using a touch, however (which is what I'm assuming), then correct me if I'm wrong (someone), I don't think you can change that battery. But you definitely can on some models (I know I did to my 30GB Video).
You cannot upgrade an 8GB to 16GB, the drive space is soldered to the board.
I don't know of any significant viruses, but since it is a version of OSX, I'm sure it's possible (though improbable).
hey on a reg ipod 30 can i get a bigger drive. i need at least another 20
I don't think so, I can't 100% remember why (perhaps a drive thickness issue?) but repair guides say you can't put the 80 or 60GB into the video. You can put an 80 in one which was 60 originally, but neither in one 30GB originally.
I gave up on fitting my entire library years ago168 Gigs!
