Whenever I try to watch Disney+ and Apple TV+ on my Mac, I can hear the audio, but there's no video. This happens in Safari only. I've tried disabling all extensions to see if there's a conflict, and that doesn't solve the problem. This happens on both of my machines.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Suggestions on how to fix it?

I just upgraded to Safari 14 hoping it would fix the issue, but it didn't.

Thanks, Greg

Plays fine in 14 on mojave, have you auto-play off in safari preferences? I've got is as allows all auto play.
Auto play is turned on. It's strange. Some websites play videos just fine. Others, I just get the sound.

Which mac are you using?
It's happening on my iMac Pro and on my Mac mini.
